£15 international shipping fee.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES

Additional charges for customs and clearance fees apply in addition to the international shipping costs. The specific fees vary by country, and Oh So Delicates holds no responsibility for any customs or clearance charges incurred by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to stay informed about any applicable local customs and tax charges. These charges are not included in the order total and must be settled with the local customs office prior to receiving the order.

In the event that the customer refuses to pay any customs fees and taxes incurred, Oh So Delicates cannot process a refund for the order. If the payment is not made, the order will be returned to Oh So Delicates at the customer's expense. Please note that any customs charges paid to receive the order are non-refundable upon return.

I hope you’re in love with your new Oh So Delicate products.  We currently do not accept returns.  However,  if you’re not totally satisfied, please get in touch within 14 days to discuss why and of course we will be more than happy to help.
